Privacy Policy For Event Organizers

Please note, the following privacy policy is applicable to current and prospective customers (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”, “Client” or “Event Organizer”) of Boomset. If you are an attendee of one of our customer’s events, you are subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the individual event organizer. Boomset does not use our client’s attendee information in any way other than to allow the event organizer to check in the attendee to their event using our software platform. We never share attendee information with any third party and we allow our clients the ability to delete attendee data following their event.

This is the privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) that governs how we, Boomset, Inc. (“Boomset”, “we”, “our" or “us”), use Personally Identifiable Information (“PII” as defined below) that we collect, receive and store about individuals and/or companies in connection with the use of: (i) the Boomset event management service (“Boomset Service”), (ii) the website http://www.boomset.com/ , and any other website that we operate (each, together with its sub-domains, content and services, a “Site”); and (ii) the Boomset web and mobile software application, and any other software application, that we license (each individually, and collectively, the “Software”). The Boomset Service, Sites, and the Software are individually and collectively referred to herein as the “Services”.

We have implemented this Privacy Policy because your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your PII is collected and used in connection with the Services.

By browsing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms of Service. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.

Information We Collect

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain Personally-Identifiable Information (“PII”) that can be used to contact or identify you. PII may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, phone number, postal address, and other information.

We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data"). Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and transferred to your device. We use cookies to collect information in order to improve our services for you.

Behavioral Remarketing

Boomset uses remarketing services to advertise on third party web sites to you after you visited our Service. We, and our third-party vendors, use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.

You can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize the Google Display Network ads by visiting the Google Ads Settings page.

Google also recommends installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on for your web browser. Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on provides visitors with the ability to prevent their data from being collected and used by Google Analytics.

Do Not Track Disclosure

We do not support Do Not Track ("DNT"). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

How We Use and Share Your Information

You authorize us to use PII, Log Data, and information collected from Cookies and Behavioral Remarketing (collectively, the “Information”) for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries, servicing your purchase orders, informing you about our services, soliciting your feedback and improving our services.

You also authorize us to use and/or share Information as described below.

Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services and/or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

When you use our Service, we collect statistical information about the usage of a group and/or an event in an anonymized form. This information does not identify you personally. We may share this information with you as well as with our affiliates, agents, and business partners.

Compliance With Laws

We will disclose your PII where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement or to protect the security or integrity of our Service.

Merger, Sale or Bankruptcy

In the event that we are acquired by or merged with a third-party entity, or in the event of bankruptcy or a comparable event, we reserve the right to transfer or assign PII in connection with the foregoing events.

Security

The security of your PII is important to us, and we strive to implement and maintain reasonable, commercially acceptable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store, in order to protect it from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure.

If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including PII, to the United States where it is processed.

Children's Privacy

Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our Service. Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13 ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Children have provided us with PII, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected PII from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date stated at the top of this Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and to our collection, processing and sharing of PII for the purposes set forth herein. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not access or otherwise use the Services. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Such change will be effective ten (10) days following posting of the revised Privacy Policy on the Services, and your continued use of the Services thereafter means that you accept those changes.
